My Child, the Artist~

So tonight we were at my mom's helping my little sister clean her room. He discovered some markers so we let him color to keep him entertained. After a while he grew sick of coloring on paper so he started coloring on his hands and feet (I let him do this whenever he wants because I have a tatoo and can't get made at him for wanting to express himself!). Well after he ran out of room he pulled his pants down to color on his legs,.. he must have forgot to put his undies back on before we left because he was going comando! LOL So Arissa, Britt's friend, helped him color all over himself,.. all over! Here are the pretty funny pics:

So yesterday in my post I said we were all here and healthy,.. well we're just all here! Thayne had a little check up last week with the Doctor and she took some blood test, well they came back today. His Thyroid is low, his good cholesterol is low and his bad cholesterol is high, and some levels in his liver are off (he can't remember which ones). I am so nervous right now! I know everything will turn out ok but I'm just preparing myself for the worst. He will be going back this week to give more blood for more testing. I will keep you all updated!

I don't want to say I'm doing a "diet" cause I hate that word! DIETS DON'T WORK!!! But I have been watching what I eat, portion size and how often I eat vs. how much walking I do and it's working so well! I do a lot of bending over at the daycare and everytime I straighten or stand up I have to pull up my pants. I bought a couple pairs of pants the middle of December and I'm happy to say that they were a little snug on me, now they are way too big!!! I smile a little everytime I have to adjust my pants :)
Anyway, the fam is doing good. We're all here, happy and healthy which I'm greatful for! I hope you all are doing well too!

This one was just the other night,.. Thiago took off and vent cover and climb right in. It was so funny!

It's easier than I thought!

So I have been doing this diet thing for about two weeks now and to my amazement I have been doing really well! I completely stoped drinking soda!!! Woo hoo! And I have been doing really good about keeping my meals small and healthy. I feel skinny already but I won't know how well I've done until I go step on the scale at the doctors this Friday (I threw ours away because it did nothing but torment me!!!).

New year, fresh start and fresh goals~

Oh my heck,... I have been so out of it I have not posted anything in forever!!! I have been reading these Twilight books and absolutely addicted, now I know what all the fuss was about. I am about done with the second one and I went to Wal-Mart last night to buy the third and they DIDN'T HAVE IT! I had a little anxiety atack!
Christmas was so fun this year. Thiago doesn't get the whole Santa comes at night thing but he loved ripping his present open,.. even if they weren't his! :) On our way home Christmas Day night he asked if he could have more presents, it was so adorable!
New Years was nice and relaxing,.. Thiago and I spent New Years with Ally and our mom Terri. Thayne went to a friends.
I'm so excited for this year because I am definetly going to loose weight (I went to the doctors yesterday). We are out of debt so we are going to stay that way!!! And because I'm just going to sit back and enjoy everything and try not to stress too much over the little things, in the end,.. they really don't matter.
