34 Weeks~

So yesterday marked my 34 weeks,.. only 6 weeks until my official due date (let's hope I go sooner!). Thayne and I spent the day cleaning and organizing, finally! We have been living here for almost two months and it's just barely starting to feel like a home.
Tonight my friend Katie and I went out to celebrate her last free night,.. she will be induced on Wednesday but because she still has a few things to do tomorrow we went tonight. It has been so fun to have someone close to me be just a month ahead of me in pregnancy. We took some final pics of our belly's. ENJOY!

Working it out

If working out makes me feel this good, why am I always dreading to do it? I walked on the treadmill for an hour tonight and I feel so good. I know it's not that big of an accomplishment but being 8 months pregnant with asthma it's the best I can do :)

Happy Valentines Day!!!

This weekend was amazing! Yesterday, for Valentines Day, Thayne took me shopping. It was so fun to actually buy stuff for myself (I never do that!). I got me some way cute maternity clothes at killer deals, ofcourse! :) This morning I went to my new ward for the first time and had a really good time. I was amazed to find out how many people I actually know! The people were really friendly and glad to meet me, I think this might be as good as my childhood ward! After church we went to the in-laws to watch the Nascar race,.. lets just say it wasn't a very exciting race! :( Other than that I had a wonderful weekend with my hubby!

Pregnancy

I seriously LOVE being pregnant! I loved it a lot more with Thiago cause I felt great the whole time. With Talan, I have been super sick and tired most of the pregnancy. I'm getting my energy back and feeling awesome lately and I just have to say, I love being pregnant!!! I love feeling him move, I love knowing he's safe inside my tummy, I love having a purpose, I love looking at all the fun baby stuff, but most of all,.. I love having an excuse to be fat! :)
Today was my appointment, everything looks and sounds great! I have gained 10 lbs. (the whole pregnancy!) and my tummy is measuring right where it should be. We are going to most likely induce on Friday April 2nd. I am so excited!!!

Mobile Photos

I have caught myself not having my camera more and more but when I do remember about my phone I try to take pics. Ofcourse pics with the cell aren't the best,.. but you get the idea :)
This was really funny. Thiago spilled water on his pants and decided to change. He went into my room where all the clean clothes were piled on my bed and grabbed what he thought were his pants. I kept telling him that they were mommies maternity pants but he insisted they fit. I had to take pics!!!

Monday night Jenny and Jada invited us to go with them to see the chipmunk movie. It was tons of fun for the kids!

My sweet husband, along with working super hard everyday has been going to classes at night. He will be done today, I think. He took Thiago and I and showed us the truck he's been driving and I thought I would share. Too bad I couldn't get a pic of him actually driving it! LOL

Super Bowl Sunday

Today was such a good day. Low on stress and high on time with the family. This morning my (aka Dana's) precious Brooklyn was blessed. She is so adorable!

Then we watched the big game at Brandee's house. I'm not really into sports but it was fun to watch and eat some yummy food, plus I won a dollar! WOOT WOOT!!!
P.S. Here is a pic of my HUGE belly. Only a month and a half left!!!

Our new Van~

So to go along with yesterdays post, I have been super forgetful!!! I can't believe I have waited this long to blog about our new van! It's seriously so nice to be able to fit all my kids (Thiago along with my nanny kids Gage, Marli and Brooklyn) all in the car safely. I never thought I would be so excited about a dang van LOL

Pregnancy Brain~

Pregnancy brain is a condition that affects expectant mothers, usually during the first and third trimesters. Sometimes known as placenta brain or baby brain drain, the condition is usually characterized by short-term memory loss or forgetfulness. Some medical experts say that pregnancy brain is a myth, but evidence shows that many women have experienced this condition... what this means for me? Going to three different stores (loading four kids in and out of the van) to remember I was there to buy marshmellows. Then after a long day, sending my keys home with my nanny kids in the diaper bag. Yes, this pretty much sums my day up today. Thank goodness Thayne's class was starting later today than normal, he was able to run me to Payson real fast!

After finally remembering the marshmellows the kids and I made rice crispy treats, it was tons of fun!

February

So I have been slacking on my blogging responsibilities, call it lazy but I call it being pregnant and lazy! :) Hey I have to use that excuse as much as possible, I only have 7 weeks to get my fill. Yes,.. that's right, I'm already 33 weeks pregnant! Wow it goes by so fast!!!So my goals for February are to make home made things :) ... this list will include,
Cloth diapers
Cloth baby wipes
Laundry detergent
& Fabric softner
I am so excited to be making all of these things for a few reasons, 1)It will be fun activities to do with family and friends 2)It will save tons of money in the long run, and last but not least 3)It will help preserve this wonderful planet!!! Yes, I'm a little bit of a tree hugger! Yay, I'm so excited! I will keep you all posted.
